Founded in 2013, Art Hawkes Bay brings together artists from clubs and creative groups right across our region, from Napier to Central Hawke’s Bay, under one roof, once a year, to celebrate what makes this place such fertile ground for creativity.
We believe great art doesn’t need to stay in the studio. Each year we curate a region-wide exhibition and sale, giving club-affiliated artists, painters, sculptors, photographers and more, the chance to show their work to a wider audience and connect with collectors and art lovers from across Hawke’s Bay and beyond.
It’s a celebration of community as much as craft. Behind every piece on our walls is a local artist, often part of a club or group that’s been quietly shaping our region’s creative scene for years. Art Hawkes Bay exists to bring that talent into the spotlight, together.
